Hi doctor, my eyes become really dry and itchy in the mornings and late evenings. i try not to rub them, however, sometimes it becomes unbearable. it then seems to affect my sinuses, which in turn makes me cough. what can i take to prevent this?

Allergies: The sequence involving eyes and sinuses suggests an allergy as the mechanism accounting for your symptoms. Other possible causes cannot be ruled out. Start with GP for an exam and history, based on which medical recommendations will be made.
