Zetop: appears to be the antihistamine cetirizine often sold in the US as Zyrtec. Individuals with kidney problems, including IgA nephropathy, are advised to discuss with their doctors. The dose should be lowered if your creatinine clearance is 10 ml/min or less. If your renal function is near normal, I think it would be OK to take, but probably best to review with your Doctor.
