If i'm allergic, is there a way to make my eyes less itchy and red without medication?

Eye allergies: The only way to reduce allergic eye symptoms (besides using medication) is to avoid the causes of your allergies (if you know what they are). Sometimes, it's impossible to completely avoid allergens, but that's something you can try if you're able to do that.

Allergy shots: If avoidance is not possible, allergy shots from a board-certified allergist can be very effective. Artificial tear may relieve mild cases of eye allergy.
