I don't: Sadly the runny nose of infants is a natural event. Any of the over the counter or prescription products that may stop it thicken their mucus and make it harder for their tiny nostrils to breathe. Removing irritants from their environment like smoke/dust/fumes that trigger or aggravate drainage can help as does a nasal saline wash out.
