If my thyroid tsh level test came back as 6.4 and it stated that i have mild subclinical hypothyroidism but my t4 are fine, should i see a physician or an endocrinologist? or are this levels not too much of a concern?

More tests and...: A lot depends on if you have thyroid symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, dry skin, constipation, muscle aches etc. T4 is not that helpful- check Free T3, if in lower third of "normal" range I'd treat.
