Per my Doc, do home BP tests. due to high readings at the doc.. mild sleep apnea/insomnia going on, pretty sure thats playing a factor. My home BP gives me avg 124/75, pulse 62-69, Normal? . few times the heart symbol shows (irr HB). Plz Advise?
