Heart Palpitations: This is a common question. And given your age the perfect time to begin to address your concern. Rapid heart beats or irregular heart beats can be a warning sign of other dangers. I would want to know your history, your family history, and a myriad of other issues such as other habits, your history of diagnoses and what your blood pressure and blood sugars were.
