Hi, my 3 year old son fell against the table with his nose. it is slightly swollen and bled for a while. is it broken? should we take him to hospital?

Unlikely/hard to say: A 3 yo's nose is more cartilage than bone but fractures can happen. Examination within 24 hrs by their regular physician is adequate to sort out any related problems. I don't recommend an ER visit with its stress & exposure to many other more serious illnesses.
