Slipped and hit head against the end of a table 3 days ago. i'm on xarelto. ct scan that day was ok. head still hurts and swollen. should i be worried?

Mgt: The pain may be related to soft tissue injury and swelling. If the pain is relieved with tylenol (acetaminophen) ( if you can take this medication), this is one cause. If the pain does not improve or is associated with any changes in balance, speech or vision, please see the ED again.
