How severe is it if my right temple is swollen from me bashing my head into a wall, should i go to the hospital?

Monitor: It sounds like you took quite a hit, to have that much swelling. Did you pass out after you hit your head? Are you dizzy or nauseous? Do you have any vision changes or confusion? Tired? You could have a concussion or a "brain bruise", which can be mild and not require hospitalization, but it would be safest to be evaluated by a doctor, especially if you answered yes to any of the above questions.
