?: Did you mean it went down through the wind pipe? May be, but unlikely, you wouldn't be writing to us, as you would be coughing forcefully or chocking, if none happened, and no symptoms, I wouldn't worry, as most probably it went to your stomach, if otherwise and have no symptoms, go to your doctor or go to urgent care for assessment, best wishes

Inflammation: Normally, your body will cough to try to clear out the airway. The question becomes whether it’s lodged in your throat, where it may simply irritate, or whether it went down to your lung. In your lungs, it may have difficulty dissolving and continue to inflame the tissue and may need medical attention for removal. If you think it may have gotten down into your lungs, get in touch with your doctor.
