I had to take my metformin (for pcos) but i had no water so i split the pill in half and swallowed it like that without water because it was too big. ive only done this once and dont plan on doing it again ever. am i in danger what should i do?

ONLY IF YOU WERE TO ASPIRATE THE LARGE PILL INTO YOUR LUNGS. But otherwise, assuming it goes down the "correct tube", you might feel uncomfortable, but you will be fine.
