Here are a few: Simplify your life, slow down and find some relaxation periods during the day. Exercise done regularly(like a brisk walk for 10, 20, 30 mins) is great. Meditation and yoga would help. Or simply learn how to take a short break and take a few deep breaths in between the stressed periods at work.Most importantly take control of your life and work...This will help.

Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation.
