Need specific test: Evidence of weed in your system will be detected by a specific test for cannabis. Cannabis is very long-lasting in the body. It can be detected by the most sophisticated drug test, for many weeks after last ingested or inhaled. Hope this helps.

They won't look: The routine tests for liver will never include a drug screening test. This would require separate blood & technician time which would add to costs. In most of the US you must sign a written permission for anyone to drug test you.
