If i took 2 excedrin extra strength a day several days in a row before my blood test, will my liver results be out of range? if so, how long before my cbc should i not take it to get normal test results? suffer from migraines so it's a concern?

The medication would not materially alter the results of blood tests. Please note that all laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
