Have been having chest discomfort for 3 days, resting heart rate between 90 and 105, sometimes feel winded; is this cause for concern?

Not to worry : but you should determine the reason for your symptoms. (for example an over-active thyroid gland) See your GP or Family physician for some initial studies (EKG , thyroid function) and a referral for advanced testing may be necessary .. Hope this is helpful...Healthy New Year! Dr Z
