I would not take pep: I would suggest you would possibly benefit from avoiding dairy-more calcium in broccoli that dairy . Both asthma and reflux are common in people who do not digest dairy well All meals should have healthy proteins, healthy fats and lots of green leafy veggies, nothing else is actually needed -we are sold a lot of stuff that is not really healthy and causes medical problems (asthma /reflux )
