Your symptoms while non specific, as heart and/or lung disease aside from anemia or low blood among the most common causes that are likely, deserve a thorough evaluation. Best would be to start with your primary care doc, if available, otherwise an urgent care timely evaluation may help as well.

I am not sure that the difference between 80 and 90 beats / minute is significant, particularly when there is some degree of anxiety. However, the other symptoms such as flutters in the chest, shortness of breath, and fatigue may be important and should be looked into to be sure that they are not related to a heart problem. To be sure , I would suggest that you consult a cardiologist.
