Hypothyroidism: Are you taking levothyroxine? If TSH is normal, thyroid resumes its function . Slow basic heart rate is good . Your symptoms can also be caused by problem of heart, especially having nocturnal symptoms. Do you get up from bed when short of breath? Do you open the window or turn on the fan? you should see your doctor to get TSH, free T4, thyroid peroxidase antibody & cardiac workup as suggest
