Cervicitis: Cervicitis is not typically caused by yeast but usually by sexually transmitted infections such as herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia and trichomonas. Cervicitis can complicate vaginal delivery. Your obstetrician is best qualified to answer your question and also guide you safely through pregnancy and delivery.
