Was being treated for a uti, had a pelvic exam and doctor noticed redness of cervix, can this be a result of my uti ? what else can cause this

Cervical "redness"? : Inflammation of the cervix can appear "red", which usually means inflammation, but this is not connected to your "uti". Cervical inflammation may be treated with cryo therapy or electrocautery to alleviate discharge and post-sexual bleeding.

Agree with Dr. B: The redness of your cervix is a common occurrence, often called an erosion. It is not related to UTI. You should get a PAP smear when you see your doctor and also get HPV vaccine.
