I have a uti the doctor said my white and red blood count was tmtc (too many to count) what is the resigning possibly for that? is that dangerous?

The red and white: Cells are in your urine.This is common with a urinary tract infection, which should be cured with appropriate antibiotics.

Due to the UTI: When the lab reports "tmtc" or tntc (too numerous to count) red or white blood cells, that is usually from the urine sample, and those cells are present in the urine sample due to the infection. The white blood cells are there trying to fight the infection, and the red blood cells are there because of inflammation that is occurring due to the presence of the infection.Take all abx, they will go aw.

Not Necessarily: It could just be from the infection. Assuming you're taking antibiotics, have your urine rechecked after they're finished. If the red ; white cells are all just from the infection, your urine should clear up. If there are still red cells in it it will have to be further investigated for a stone or a growth somewhere in your urinary tract, or residual infection. Make sure you're between periods.
