I have shoulder blade,arm pain and numbness in my hand, pain in my ribs area around the chest and breast bone for over 12 months. mri showed no trapped nerves, concerned i have a pancoast tumour would this have shown in my cervical mri and spine mri?

Lung tumor ?: The MRI of the shoulder and upper chest should have shown a tumor at the lung apex, so if not diagnosed by the MRI, it is unlikely for your pain to be of pulmonary origin. Get a referral from your primary care doctor for an orthopedic physician to find the cause of the pain described.
