I have a pain in my upper left chest towards my left shoulder and arm pit.
slight pain in the bottom of my neck and numbness of the left hand. is it something to be concerned about . thanks

Chest pain : We need more information. Do you have chest pain with activity? If so then that is concerning for heart issues. This sounds more like an inflamed nerve in the neck, possibly from arthritis or a neck disc out of place.
