Disc herniation: Your symptoms could be related to a cervical or thoracic disk herniation. The chest pain could also be musculoskeletal (from your chest wall) like costochondritis. It's important to make sure your symptoms are not from other internal organs as you indicated. Discuss other possible musculoskeletal causes of your symptoms with your doctor.
