Right shoulder pain & numbness of thumb and forearm, sporadic pain in mid back and neck. Constant chest pain diagnosed not heart lung or GI related?

Disc herniation: Your symptoms could be related to a cervical or thoracic disk herniation. The chest pain could also be musculoskeletal (from your chest wall) like costochondritis. It's important to make sure your symptoms are not from other internal organs as you indicated. Discuss other possible musculoskeletal causes of your symptoms with your doctor.
