31 yrs old. pelvic u/s show 9mm x 2mm focal thickening, without vascularity. how likely to be polyp? or how likely to be left over menstrual tissue?

Small, low risk: even if you had a focus that was more than a centimeter, it is possible that it could still be a blood clot or a part of a lining. The only way to know if it is a polyp is to do another repeat scan and see if it is still persistent and unchanged.
