Im 32. can small uterus focal thickness seen on u/s be endometrial cancer? no vascularity. if polyp not seen on u/s, how likely is it to be cancerous?

Has to be biopsied: It is unlikely that an ultrasound focal thickness of the uterus will be endometrial cancer. However, the only confirmed diagnosis is done by biopsy with hysteroscopy.
