Probably not: Kidney infections usually cause fevers and back pain. If you still have some symptoms, you should go back and get retested. You may need a different antibiotic, or you might not be emptying your bladder completely when you do urinate, which is trapping bacteria in the bladder. Good luck!

UTI: Patient can continue having symptoms even after their urine show no bacteria or white cells. There can be increased irritability of the bladder lining or muscle that may require a different kind of medication (anticholinergic).
