Yo-yo effect: Unisom is actually a brand of diphenhydramine ( Benadryl ) . Phentermine is a stimulating amphetamine. The 2 taken in close proximity will certainly cause a sleep disturbance....try flooding your body with 8-10 glasses of electrolyte fluids in 24 hrs.
