Can't get in?: for 4+ months? really?. I suggest formal allergy testing and a comprehensive physical exam: 4+ months??- hard to understand. You will need a pulmonary medical consultation, x-rays and pulmomary function testing. If you are a smoker a screening CT scan is a great idea.
