So Sorry You're sick: Sounds like you've got a back case of something.It could all be from a viral infection that is just making its normal progression (flu et al) and making your asthma act up. The other side is that it could also be from a bacterial infection and that may require antibiotics to get you feeling better.Get to your doctor to get things looked asap.Don't delay.The sooner you get seen the sooner U R better

Viral syndrome: You likely have a viral infection. You should treat the symptoms (body aches,fever,sore throat) with Tylenol (acetaminophen) or aspirin. You may feel worse before you feel better and it may take several days or up to a week for symptoms to resolve. If you develop new symptoms like shortness of breath, inability to swallow see your doctor; it is unlikely that antiobiotics would help as this is likely viral.
