To emergency:: Severe headaches not relieved by over the counter medications, can have serious causes. 20% of people that go to the ER with severe headaches like this have a life-threatening problem needing immediate treatment. Please take your daughter to the Emergency Room now. Hopefully it is not one of these 20%, but you must not take any chances!
