In order to come to a firm opinion who should have a proper evaluation which can be done via telemedicine. Based on what I read alone it seems like you should be tested for COVID 19 and keep isolated

This could be consistent with Covid 19 infection, especially if fever is also present. Recommend consult your physician, get tested. Meanwhile, treat symptoms with hydration, acetaminophen. Seek medical care if breathing becomes difficult. Take care!
