Muscle tension : Best to see a doctor in person. Although, it seems like muscle tension headaches. She may benefit from stretching of the neck muscles, and physiotherapy. For from relief of the inflammation, naproxen 375 to 500mg every 12 hours may be of benefit. Naproxen has side effects to the stomach and kidney and should be used with people who can tolerate it. Usually,18 year-old young ladies can use it.
