My daughter had a headache tonight, pale, and tired. she said her neck hurt. i felt a movable lump on the side lower neck. she does have a little green mucous when she blows her nose. could it be lymphoma? im terrified?

It is common to feel small (diameter 1 cm or less) movable node on the antero-lateral sides of neck. Tumor-bearing nodes are usually firm and nontender, and may be matted or fixed to the skin. The movable node you felt is very likely a normal one.
