Checked my blood sugar in the device and it was 106 this morning. is this normal or high? whats the normal range for sugar for adult? i have pcos.

Sugar levels : Normally fasting glucose should be 70-100. If it is between 100-125 then prediabetes is possible. Above 125 we get concerned for diabetes. There is a good test called the A1c which tests average glucose for 90 days. Ask about that test.
