Ive had a rash on my neck/upper chest for about a week. Originally the rash started as big, red, itchy bumps; theyre smaller in size and not as itchy, but still annoying. Ive been applying hydrocortisone cream, but I dont know what caused it.
For irritated skin on penis (from rubbing alcohol), should I use hydrocortisone cream or ointment? Does it make a difference? The skin is now irritated and sensitive and turns red when touched?
Had laparascopic surgery over 1 week ago and rash all over abdomen for the past week. Tried Hydrocortisone cream for 7 days and it's only gotten worse and itchier. I think it's from whatever they used to clean prior to surgery. Any other suggestions?
