Irritant: Most of the time, it is from irritants such as soap residue, solvent , frequent hand washing etc. If there are small blisters, a contact allergen would be more likely. The best treatment is avoidance of the offending agent. If you cannot pinpoint it, you should consult a dermatologist or allergist who may perform patch testing on you.
