No: No, I would not be worried. But it would be reasonable to have her seen and evaluated as there are multiple potential causes.

Do not worry: Agree with Dr. H. It would be prudent to take her to a doctor for an evaluation. If she has lost weight, please treat it with urgency. In the interim she may take acetaminophen for the pain. She should also get HPV vaccine. Wish you and your daughter good health!
