Persistent but mild, left shoulder pain for three weeks. hurts to extend arm forward, back, out and up, hurts to turn neck. aches and throbs even when im still. the pain randomly radiates to my collarbone and side of neck?

Could be a rotator cuff injury. Be evaluated by provider, can take anti-inflammatory such as Motrin or Advil or Aleve until seen.

It is hard to know from this description. However, if it hurts to move your neck and the pain radiates to collarbone and neck, then it is often coming from the neck. Can try anti-inflammatories, but an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon would be best.
