The back of my left shoulder left side of neck and left arm hurt to move or do anything. do i need to go see a dr?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your doctor: It's probably best to see a doctor. Your symptoms could be as simple as muscle strain/spasm, but could also represent compression of a nerve by a disc in your neck, or compression of a nerve as it comes through muscles in your neck. Shoulder pain and issues like rotator cuff problems can also radiate up into your neck. In the mean-time, acetaminophen, ibuprofen (or Aleve) and apply heat.
