Concussion: Resolution of H/A is variable. Would follow up with neurologist to be monitored and for medications that may lessen the headaches/ dizziness. See https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3359788/ Amitriptyline has been shown in some studies t o be helpful. .
