concussion from hit to head knocked out for 4w headache getting worse dizzy throwing up forgetful sleepy mri done this am waiting on results concerns?

Evaluation needed: traumatic brain injuries [TBI] require functional evaluation. unless the test was a fMRI it will assess anatomic issues only. functional brain scans [PET, SPECT,fMRI] assist in confirming extent and type of functionl injury as will neuropsychology evaluation. this provides the basis for entrapment plan.
