Hit head in temple area hard 5 nights ago jolting my neck. pretty sure concussion...i've had several. headache, dizzy, nausea, dazed, slower thought process and have to move slow...etc. no improvement. should i get a ct?

Not necessarily: It would be reasonable to schedule a visit with your doc, go over all your symptoms & have a good exam & see what your doc thinks should be done. Your exam findings should clarify the need for any additional studies.

CONCUSSION: It is best to discuss this with a Neurologist who will study your medical history. If your are uncomfortable with your Dr. consult with another for a 2nd opinion.
