One day ago i had mild concussion. at the er my ct scan was normal and i was told to recover at home. i have neck pain, mild headache, mild dizziness. i have developed a very small tremor, especially in my right hand & neck. is this normal for mtbi?

Headache,neck discomfort & dizziness are common symptoms post head injuries, but the tremors are not. I recommend consulting a neurologist for evaluation and for following you through your convalescence.

A concussion is an acute injury and lingering post concessional symptoms may take 4-6 weeks to clear. Your "small tremor" could be due to medications, thyroid problems, essential tremor, or emotional stress secondary to the trauma. If this continues, have a neurological consultation.
