I *barely* bumped the right side of head, idk if it was enough to be a concussion. an hour later: painful headache, dizzyness, confusion, pressure on opposite side of head. constant pain still persists a week later, ct: clear results. what is wrong?

Such minor trauma is unlikely to result in a concussion, but it could happen and your symptoms are consistent with that. A distant forum like this can't say anything more; keep working with your doctors. Good luck.

You do not describe a concussion, which is defined as a closed head injury associated with alteration of consciousness, or amnesia, or both. Would see a neurologist and have further evaluation.
