No: a CD4 count would not tell you if you were pregnant or not. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

The basics: Although many can be performed on a certain type of sample like blood or pee, each test requires different technique, time, special chemicals and the doctors order that they be done. When more than one test is ordered extra sample may be required, & there will be an extra expense to cover the extra work, so no, a doc who orders a CD4 count doesn't get a report of pregnancy status.
