More Information : There is not enough information here to even comment on. There are the absolute counts and the HIV viral load at the very minimum missing here.

Probably not: The obvious question is why this is being tested. Lab data without clinical correlation by history and physical exam, all of the tests performed and your prior medical records are necessary to address this question properly. Ask the doctor who ordered this.
