A member asked:

Hi, so right now i am having pain on the inside of my right bicep/tricep and through my forearm a little and also my wrist. a couple of days ago, i was lifting, doing cleans and i tweaked my wrist. could this be the ulner nerve? what can i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Strain: Ulcer nerve would not affect the bicep, while cervical nerves could do all this. But, since nerve injury generally produces numbness or sensation change, I suspect you have strained tendons. Lower the amount of weight by 15-20% for a while (1-2) weeks ,decrease reps, maintain stretching. Try using a wrist support brace for a while during lifts. Topical NSAIDS like Voltaren gel rubbed in will help
