Spasms vs musculo-sk: Going with history that has been provided, the D/d is between IBS with spams, vs Musculo-skeletal pain.. I am assuming there are no other symptoms, going by history provided.Abdominal exam will help, may need to be seen by GI, if pain continue be a problem

I got CT scan of abdomen and pelvis with IV contrast. The last time I got a CT scan last year they gave me oral and iv contrast but not oral contrast today. Will this impact anything since they used iv contrast but not oral?
